The make and model, and the tyre size off the sidewall if you can read it. It is the string of numbers like 205/55 R16. A photo of the sidewall is just as good if you would rather send that.
Often, yes. It depends where the damage is and how big it is. A clean puncture in the tread usually repairs, whereas sidewall damage does not, and we will not repair something that is not safe to repair.
Send a photo of the sidewall or give us the registration and we will work it out from there. It is a common one, so do not worry about it.
